THE GOOD
-DesignBold and maybe a bit divisive, the ZenWatch 3 has a neat steampunk vibe. I think it's rad and it fits well.
-Battery lifeAbove average in my experience. Well over a day, and maybe good for two days with lighter usage. Also supports fast-charging.
-DisplayCompletely round AMOLED with good resolution.
-Light sensorThe first watch I've seen with a non-flat tire round display and a light sensor.
-SoftwareAsus made some interesting tweaks to Android Wear, making the UI blend with the hardware nicely.
-ButtonsThree buttons, one of which is programmable. Great tactile feel and easy to press.
-Watch facesThere are a lot of them.
THE NOT SO GOOD
-Watch bandWhile it looks and feels nice enough, the connection for the watch band is non-standard. That means you won't be getting any third-party replacements.
-Watch faces againThere are a lot of them. Almost 60, which is far too many. Most of them aren't very good, either.
-Software again Android Wear is in limbo. Future support uncertain.
-Heart rate sensorThere isn't one.
-Smartwatches in generalThere's still no killer feature for smartwatches. You're buying one because it's neat, not because it improves your life.
