Epson EH-LS500

We review the Epson LS500 ultra short-throw (UST) laser projector which uses 3LCD optics, as well as pixel-shifting technology to approximate 4K resolution (marketed as "4K Pro-UHD").
Topics covered include :
lumens output,
throw ratio,
colour accuracy,
video processing,
HDR tone-mapping,
as well as input lag for gaming.

We forgot to mention in the video that DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage was 80% uv, while Rec.2020 was 61%.

We also misspoke at 4:11... meant to say 4000 lumens and 3600 lumens respectively, without the "to 1".

Our review sample is the Epson EH-LS500W which sports a white finish, but it's also available in black (model number EH-LS500B).
