:flipout:

https://www.lgnewsroom.com/2020/12/lg-honored-with-2021-ces-innovation-awards/

CES Best of Innovation: For CES 2021, LG’s OLED TV technology is again being recognized with the CES Best of Innovation Award, this time in the gaming category. LG, the undisputed world leader in OLED TVs, has created an unrivaled home entertainment experience, delivering the deepest blacks, most realistic colors and an infinite contrast. For the first time, LG Home Appliances received the CES Best of Innovation Award distinction for the LG InstaView Door-in-Door Refrigerator technology pioneered by LG to let users see inside while keeping food fresh, striking the perfect balance between form and function. The refrigerator is also equipped with the company’s innovative voice recognition technology so opening the door with arms full of groceries is just a voice command away.

LG Home Entertainment: Particularly noteworthy for 2021 are LG’s latest entertainment products including LG OLED, LG NanoCell, NEXTGEN TVs and TONE Free earbuds. More details on specific LG Home Entertainment products honored will be announced at CES 2021 in January.

LG Display has introduced the world's first 48-inch bendable OLED TV with CSO (Cinematic Sound OLED) technology, which is optimised for gaming, ahead of CES 2021.

The flexible OLED display is capable of a curvature radius of 1000R, i.e. with a radius of 1 metre, thus providing a wider field of view for a more immersive gaming experience.

Αλήθεια τι έγινε το ωραίο innovation το ρολό TV της LG που παρουσιάστηκε πέρσι;

MicroLED από τη Sony

https://www.sony.com/content/sony/e...ital-presence-for-ces-2021-show-overview.html
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-rel...ar-direct-view-display-systems-301201850.html

Sony has unveiled two new Crystal LED (the company's branding for MicroLED) displays at CES 2021.

Sony's new Micro LED displays include the C-Series (ZRD-C12A/C15A) which prioritises deep blacks with a peak brightness of 800 nits and 1 million:1 contrast ratio (preliminary specs awaiting finalisation), as well as a B-Series (ZRD-B12A/B15A) capable of 1800 nits of peak brightness full screen.

The cabinets are modular, so you can build a video wall of any size, even beyond 400 inches.

The new Sony Crystal LED Display is aimed at the professional market, although you can install it residentially through a custom install company.

Price remains unannounced, but don't expect Sony's Crystal LED Display to be affordable by consumer standards. Shipping is scheduled for the summer of 2021.

We round up the best televisions announced by the top TV brands at CES 2021, and pick one to receive our "HDTVTest Best of CES 2021" award.

Samsung: QN900A & QN90A/ QN95A Neo QLED
TCL: 2021 6-Series (8K) and 85-inch 7-Series
LG: G1 OLED Evo
Panasonic: JZ2000 OLED
Sony: A90J Master Series OLED

We picked the Sony 83-inch A90J (83A90J) as our "Best of CES 2021" TV, because it's the biggest 4K OLED TV you can buy with higher peak brightness than conventional OLEDs.
