since it is tested please do this:

go into the installer
uninstall SIP-Voip.app
remove http://touchmods.net/rep.xml
add http://touchmods.net/rep.xml
install SIP-VoIP.app
start SIP-Voip.app
go to “SETTINGS”
enter your SIP-Data (Username/Password/Server/Reg-Timeout/NAT)
bo back to “DIAL”
connect to the SIP-Server
type in a number and click “CALL”
For most of the SIP-Providers out there:
REG-Timeout = 1800
NAT = OFF
