Under such conditions, you can assess what resolution is actually displayed on each panel. The company advertised its TVs as products providing "real 8K". So let's stop for a moment and look at how these "Real 8K" are defined</p><p></p><p></p><p>What is real 8K according to LG? </p><p></p><p></p><p>LG refers here to the criteria of the International Committee on Display Metrology (ICDM). According to them, the effectiveness of 8K resolution depends on the ability to display alternating lines of white and black pixels and the degree of their contrast.
