Oppo BDP-83: (almost) universal!

Αν συνεχίσει με αυτό το μηχάνημα η Oppo να αποδίδει τόσο καλά, όσο με τα προηγούμενα μηχανήματά της, τότε θα μιλάμε πάλι για ένα πάρα πολύ καλό μηχάνημα !

Συγνώμη, θα πάρετε με κλειστά μάτια τέτοιο πράγμα; σας θυμίζω το KISS...
εδώ επώνυμα παίρνουμε και την άλλη μέρα ψάχνουμε για firmware update....
ας σας κολλήσει σε κανά update που θα το στείλετε;
δεν είμαστε στην εποχή του dvd που όλα ήταν ρόδινα.
Με τα νέα format και τα νέα κολπάκια, τα τεστ γίνονται πάνω στον κόσμο και όχι στα εργαστήρια πλέον...

Σαν κατοχος του OPPO-981 ελπίζω οτι το BDP-83 θα κανει το ιδιο και καλυτερο upscaling στα ηδη υπαρχοντα DVDs.
Το τσιπακι FARUDJA στο ΟΡΡΟ-981 κανει εξαιρετικη δουλειά στον τομεα αυτό.
To λέω αυτό γιατι πολλα μηχανακια BR των 300-400 Ε δεν επενδυουν στο τομεα αυτό οσο θαπρεπε ισως για να κατεβασουν την τιμη τους
και η ποιοτητα εικονας των απλων DVDs ειναι απλα αποδεκτή.
Προσωπικά θα απαιτουσα τα BR μηχανηματα να κανουν κρυσταλλο και την εικονα των DVDs
ωστε να ειμαστε κερδισμενοι σαν καταναλωτες στον τομεα αυτό και να μην χρειαστει να εχουμε στα ΡΑΚ μας και το
παλιο DVD-Player και το BR-Player...

Οι υπαρχουσες πληροφοριες λενε οτι θα κυμανθει στα 600-700 Ε μαλλον αλλα τιποτε δεν ειναι σιγουρο...
Σαφως θα περιμενουμε να δουμε καποια reviews απεξω ισως και αποδω... πριν την αγορά.
Επίσης η εδω αντιπροσωπεια (Twin Digital) ειναι εξαιρετικα συνεργασιμη σε θεματα υποστηριξης και ανεβαζει
αμεσα στο site της τα πιθανα firmware update για τα μηχανηματα της ΟΡΡΟ αφου πρωτα τα ελεγξει η ιδια.
Η μεχρι τωρα συνεργασια μου με τον Απόστολο Τολιοπουλο της Twin Digital ηταν αριστη και δεν το λεω για να
τον διαφημισω... απλα σταθηκε διπλα μου αμεσα σε προβληματα που ειχα... τα οποια δεν αφορουσαν τελικα
το OPPO-981 & Switcher OPOO-HM-31 αλλα τα καλωδια συνδεσης.. του συστηματος μου....
Φυσικα τα Group-Buy γινονται οταν εισαι σιγουρος για ενα καλο μηχανημα... ωστε να μην γινεις εσυ beta-tester...

For SACD playback, the BDP-83 supports direct DSD over HDMI and DSD-to-analog without any PCM conversion, a very unique feature.
With the BDP-83, we intend to release a full-featured universal Blu-ray Disc player that supports BD Profile 2.0 (BD-Live), DVD, SACD, DVD-Audio, Dolby TrueHD, and DTS-HD Master Audio. As of this writing, the BDP-83 supports BD Profile 1.1 (BONUSVIEW), DVD-Video, SACD, and bitstreaming of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Progress is being made on a daily basis as our engineers work diligently around the clock to further enable DVD-Audio, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio onboard decoding, and BD Profile 2.0.
The BDP-83 is currently undergoing an extensive and thorough Beta Test Program. We greatly appreciate all the feedback from our beta testers, as without their hard work and extraordinary attention to detail, the BDP-83 would not be the high quality product that our customers have come to expect from us.
As many of our customers eagerly anticipate the release of the BDP83, we are contemplating a "BDP-83 Early Adoption Program" in late December or early January. What Is The Current State:
The OPPO BDP-83 Blu-ray Player currently supports the following:
- PS3 caliber load speeds for BD-Java enabled discs.
- SACD DSD over HDMI and multi-channel analog. SACD DSD to PCM conversion available over HDMI.
- Bit stream support for Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Digital TrueHD, and DTS-HD Master to HDMI 1.3 or higher receivers. Optical and digital coaxial do not have the bandwidth required for these new high resolution audio formats, but they can still pass Dolby Digital and DTS CORE.
- 7.1 multi-channel and dedicated Stereo analog outputs
- 24Hz for Blu-ray and DVD-Video
- Source Direct. This allows the player to intelligently and automatically change the resolution of the player based off of the content source. For example, SD DVD will playback at 480i, Blu-ray will play back at 1080p/24Hz, and DVD-Audio and SACD will playback at 1080i (to ensure maximum audio bandwidth is available).
- BD Live 1.1 with BONUSVIEW
- ABT 2010 de-interlacing and upscaling up to 1080p/60Hz with HDMI. Component is 1080i only (Blu-ray) with no ABT processing.
- Video Demo Mode: splits the screen vertically with one half showing the original source image, while the other half shows the results of adjustment to the Edge Enhancement, Detail Enhancement and Noise Reduction controls.
- Resolution and other Picture adjustments can be performed on the fly.
- 30 and 36bit Deep Color support
- DVD-Video playback
- DVD+R/RW/DL and DVD-R/DL disc support
- CD-R/RW disc support
- CD-Audio and HDCD playback
- AVCHD over DVD and USB
- MP3 with ID3 Tag and Album Art
- 1920x1080 native MPEG-2 and DivX support.
- PNG and JPEG Viewing at up to a native 1920x1080 pixels
- Anamorphic lens compatible with constant height Zoom. Other Zoom modes identical to DV-983H.
