We are sorry to inform you that from March to May 2009 by an error has been produced television sets equipped with 60Hz processing software instead of 96Hz processor software. In the period from March to May 2009 are the following models covered by the error: </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue"></span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">• G10/S10/U10 series </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">• TX-P42/46/50G10E </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">• TX-P42/46/50S10E </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">• TX-P42/46/50U10E </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">• TX-P42/46GA11 </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue"></span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">The affected models can be updated free of charge with the right software, if you contact your local dealer. The dealer will make sure that you get an SD card and letter about how the simple instruction takes place, then your television set gets updated for the right software. </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">All television sets manufactured from June 2009 onwards are equipped with 96Hz software. </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue"></span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">60Hz/96Hz </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">Overall, there are two types of 24p playback specifications of different frequencies. One type that is most prevalent in the world, using 3:2 pulldown (60Hz) and the second 4:4 pulldown (96Hz). Panasonic has chosen frequency 96Hz to their TV models, but the difference between the two frequency-type can rarely be detected under normal playing conditions. </span></p><p><span style="color: Blue">Stuttering effects during playback of 24p material will always occur, since they are already in the film from the start. Film cameras shoot at 24 frames per second, which is not enough to provide a fully floating image, especially if the camera pan quickly. If you completely want to avoid chattering effects in films, Panasonic has produced two series, V series and Z series, which is equipped with '24p Smooth Film 'to add more images to the 24p signal and therefore makes the film's movements more smooth ."</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
