The 2K AMOLED display is an absolute delight, even if it's a bit hard to calibrate for professional graphics work. It's bright, it's cinematic and it will make your photos look better than most consumer printers. Performance is good and the machine never felt buggy or balky when subjecting it to the same entertainment and productivity tasks as a Core i5 tablet or laptop. The keyboard is less than enchanting, but it's not terrible either, even if you type for a living as I do. The cover design is workable and attractive, though it hurts to have only two stand positions, neither of which are sweet spots. That said, Surface Pro 4's display looks almost as good and it runs at higher resolution. It has a more versatile kickstand and clear and straightforward pen support-- Samsung's up against a strong incumbent.
