If we cannot help you recover your unit we will send you replacement of new device at our expense as soon as faulty unit will be sent to us, after receiving your faulty device at our warehouse, we will refund your account for shipping cost up to 10.00 Euro , upon payment method you used ,or issue store credit upon your request. A delivery with new Tracking # will be given once RMA officer approve you request and the unit will be send to your door. </p><p></p><p>(9) The RMA authorization will take up to 7-14 working days once you request an RMA and replacement of your device. We will try to use these days to help you recover your device to a working state. </p><p></p><p>(10) As an Xtreamer client you are entitled to a money back guarantee in case you are unhappy with your purchase. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Xtreamer Store will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Xtreamer warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA you requested within your account. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
