Εκτός από την ανακοίνωση των νέων Nexus phones, αναμένεται και νέο Nexus 10" tablet, made by Samsung, με την υψηλότερη ανάλυση οθόνης της κατηγορίας (2560 χ 1600, 16:10, ~300ppi). Θα φορά android 4.2, το οποίο εκτός των άλλων βελτιώσεων και αλλαγών, θα έχει και δυνατότητα πολλαπλών user accounts!!! :grinning-smiley-043

Αν βγει και με ανάλογα επιθετική τιμολογιακή πολιτική όπως το 7άρι της που έχει σαρώσει τα πάντα, θα σαρώσει και την κατηγορία των 10ιντζων... :BDGBDGB53:

υγ. Υπήρχε σκόρπια η πληροφορία για το event, αλλά δεν βρήκα κάτι σχετικά για το αναμενόμενο 10άρι τάμπλετ... :grandpa:

The Google Nexus 10 will feature
a brand new dual-core Samsung Exynos 5250 chipset, whose Cortex-A15 cores run at 1.7GHz.
The new silicon is reportedly faring better in benchmark scores than the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro
and Apple's custom A6, but we got no actual scores confirming that.

The Mali -T604 GPU is also brand new - it should be able to handle the massive amount of pixels with ease.
Two gigs of RAM, 16GB of non-expandable built-in memory (other options will likely be available),
5MP camera (you can check out its samples here)
with front-facing companion, and full connectivity suite are also on board.

The back of the slate appears to be made of metal,
while the dual-speakers at its front remind us of its Samsung roots.

The tablet is said to be remarkably thin for its size.

The Google Nexus 10 will launch with Android 4.2,
which will still go by the name Jelly Bean, but will bring a number of improvements to the OS.
The more notable ones include improved camera UI, and connectivity toggles in the notification area.

The Google Nexus 10 will break cover at a Google event in New York City on Monday, October 29.

H άποψη μου ειναι ότι πρέπει να ξεπεράσει την λογική του "bench machine", και να είναι ένα ποιοτικό, καλοκατασκευασμένο, όμορφο και αποδοτικό μαραφέτι που θα χαίρεσαι να παίζεις αλλά κυρίως να δουλεύεις μαζί του... Ηδη η 4.1 δείχνει πιο στιβαρή από οποιαδήποτε άλλη προηγούμενη έκδοση android, και φαντάζομαι ότι η 4.2 θα είναι ακόμα καλύτερη... Σίγουρα θα βοηθήσει το ότι το hardware του είναι ικανότατο (τι ικανότατο δλδ, πύραυλος), αλλά δεν πρέπει να μείνει μόνο σε αυτό...

... και βέβαια με τέτοιο hardware... δεν το κόβω για αντίστοιχα φτηνό, όπως το nexus7... τεσπα, υπομονή 2 μέρες ακόμα και θα ξέρουμε σίγουρα.
 
Είδα. Απλά δεν υπάρχουν.

(Μάλλον δε με κατάλαβες. Με την τιμή του Mini γελάω.)

Tough choice.. NOT

Εντάξει έβαλα το Mini γιατί η διαφορά του από το 10 είναι πολύ πιο αστεία (από άποψη χαρακτηριστικών) από αυτή που έχουν μεταξύ τους το 10 με το 4.
