The Pioneer SC-LX 73 uses ICE power - Direct Energy HD, an extremely efficient type of amplification, capable of delivering overwhelming power and fast response, it features analogue feedback loops to ensure the signal is free of distortion or interference. The result, unrivalled sound quality.
During the development process of each Air certified product, extensive tuning sessions take place to ensure that the audio playback is so accurate that it would be suitable as a studio-grade monitoring device. Available to download from the Apple App store for free, the Pioneer SC-LX73 can be controlled via intuitive touch screen menus on any iPhone or iPod touch.
The Pioneer SCLX73's MCACC auto calibration system automatically optimises many aspects of the AV Receivers sound settings (using an included microphone) based on the positioning of connected speakers and acoustics of the room environment.
The SC-LX73 also features PQLS Multi-Channel. PQLS is a jitter reduction system that improves the coherence, timing and soundstage of audio playback, it stands for Precision Quartz Lock System. This feature caters for jitter-less multi-channel playback over the HDMI interface.
