Hello Steve,
in Greece there are big news circulating about an Apple customer been
sued by an Apple service center because he complained about the
problems of the display of his new iMac.
The Apple certified service center sued the customer and demands that
he pays them 200,000 euros because he wrote the story of the faulty
iMac display in a forum.
In detais, the customer bought a new iMac but he immediately realized
that the display was not working correctly. He then brought it to the
Apple certified service center (company name "SystemGraph") in Athens,
Greece. Some days later the customer was told that the display was
fixed... but when he got home and turned on his iMac, he realized that
the problem with the display was even worse than before.
He brought the iMac to the service center again, requesting this time
that the iMac should be replaced with a new one. They refused to
replace it and they told him that the only could replace the display
panel. He insisted requesting a replace of the iMac but they refused.
Some days later he posted his story in a Greek forum... and then he
learned that the manager of the Apple certified service center sued
him, requesting an amount of 200,000 because he publicly wrote about
his problem in this forum.

I believe that such moves (customer being sued by an Apple service
center because he just complained about a faulty device he paid) is
bad for the name of Apple and it is a huge mistake.
The Apple authorized service center that sued the customer and demands
200,000 euros from him, is the following:
