Απ' ό,τι μου είπε η Ekaterina, πρόκειται για έναν άγριο πολεμιστή (αλμπίνο) που τον κερνάει τσάι μια κοπέλα της φυλής του σε διάλειμα από πορεία στο χιόνι.

Ε ναι, γιατί όχι; Λογικό και αναμενόμενο και ισχύει για κάθε καλλιτέχνη.
Η ελαιογραφία του, του Σαρακηνού, μου φάνηκε ενδιαφέρουσα να την βάλω, πάντως, κι ας μην σε πέτυχα!

Η νέα τάση εδώ και μερικά χρόνια που ονομάζεται concept art και αφορά νέους ζωγράφους. Δεν ζωγραφίζουν σε καμβάδες αλλά ψηφιακά, και πουλάνε απλά ένα προστατευμένο αρχείο, και είναι το μοναδικό πράγμα που αποκτά ο αγοραστής και φυσικά και τα δικαιώματα επί του έργου.

The Goldfish, 1925 by Paul Klee
Paul Klee's attitude to animals was a matter of surprise to his contemporaries. From childhood on he kept a cat, and, as this was known, nobody was surprised at his man variations on this theme.
This wondrous goldfish is in deep blue water, other little red and purple fishes rather keeping out of his majesty's way. There are tiny ripples in the water all around, and from the lower edge rise some light blue plants of simple form, such as are found in meadows and near ponds. the goldfish is giving off an inner light, and actually should light up the water, but the water remains dark. The goldfish glows alone with its improbable color. The cinnabar red fins and the red eye heighten the brilliance of the scales, which look as though embroidered upon the fish.
Is it moving? Presumably it is, for the seven other fish seem to be running away from it. Calm as a god, it divides the blue element, which is deepest and darkest at the middle, where there is no trace of vegetation. Surely there is no reference here to stars or signs of the zodiac, or to other symbols - the goldfish is miraculous in itself, its size and its beauty. Everything is subordinate to it, everything else is present purely for its sake.
The Golden Fish glides through the kingdom of its underwater freedom, all lesser fish leaving a clear space for its gleaming body. This is a magical fish with runic signs upon his body, scarlet fins, and a great pink flower of an eye. He hangs majestically in the deep, dark blue magic of the sea, which is luminous with secret images of fertility. The great fish draws the mysteriousness of his secret world into significance. We may not understand the significance, but it is there. The sea and its creatures are arranged in glorious homage, belittled but also magnified by this bright presence. This quiet nobility, the brightness, the solitude, the general respect: all are true of Klee himself. Whether the art world knew it or not, he was their "golden fish''.
Les Amants is a surrealist paintingpainted by René Magritte in 1928 . It represents a couple who kiss on the lips , but whoserespective faces are covered by a sheet. It is kept at MOMA in New York in theRichard S. Zeisler collection [ 1 ] .
Among the possible interpretations, this veil can mean that they love each other without seeing each other; or that they already know each other and therefore do not need to see each other to love each other; or that seeing yourself is not important in order to love yourself [ 6 ] ; or that to live happily you have to live in hiding. This could also be inspired by the fact that the body of Magritte's mother, who committed suicide in the waters of the Sambre when he was a teenager, was found with her face covered with such a tissue [ 7 ] , [ 8 ]. As a surrealist, Magritte may also have painted the kiss of the Veiled Lovers, as a metaphor of desire, in the psychoanalytic sense of the term, in connection with the unconscious, the object of expression of surrealism. In this sense, the desire of these Lovers is a desire which remains deeply mysterious, always exceeding the other beloved who remains veiled. The veil could therefore be a symbol of desire, the lovers being overwhelmed by their own desire and ultimately desiring the desire more than the loved one. The lover never really knows who he desires, nor even who he himself is as the object of the other's desire.

Αυτή είναι η πιο πιστή απεικόνιση του Θεόδωρου Κολοκοτρώνη. Το σχέδιο δημοσιεύτηκε στο Παρίσι το 1827. Τι λάθη έχουν οι άλλοι πίνακες του "γέρου" - ΜΗΧΑΝΗ ΤΟΥ ΧΡΟΝΟΥ
