Στο Sober οι εικόνες δείχνουν την δυσκολία της ζωής κάποιου,

Σ,αυτό πρέπει να αποδοθούν τα ευσημα..
Οι Tool θίγουν κοινωνικά θέματα όπως της μοναξιάς και της αναισθητοποίησης,
με την μάταιης αναζήτησης διεγέρσεων,
για να αισθάνονται ζωντανοί κάποιοι.
Βέβαια πάντα αφήνοντας αρκετές ερμηνείες..

είναι στο πεσιμιστικό ύφος της μπάντας.
