Από τη στιγμή που κάτι βρίσκεται στο internet ο καθένας μπορεί να το πάρει.
Μόνο φράγμα η ηθική.
Είναι μία πονεμένη ιστορία που έχει χτυπήσει όλους όσους ασχολούνται με το internet.
Πιστεύω ότι πάνω από το 90% αυτών που έχουν αγοράσει σελίδα είναι κλεπταποδόχοι χωρίς να το γνωρίζουν.
Απλά και μόνο επειδή επέλεξαν Web designer κρίνοντας από την τιμή.
Γιατί για τον άσχετο, κλέφτης είναι ο web designer που του ζητάει π.χ. 600 ευρώ για γραφικά επειδή θα πληρώσει royalties για τις φωτογραφίες που θα χρησιμοποιήσει και όχι ο πιτσιρικάς που θα τις "κλέψει", αλλά θα του βγάλει γραφικά με 300 ευρώ...

Ιδέα: μήπως αν πουλούσες τις φωτό σου σε κάποιο site με φωτό να ήσουν καλυμμένος μετά? θα κάνουν εκείνοι τη δουλειά της φροντίδας των royalties.

Το πιο απλό τους στέλνεις ένα mail που τους λες να την κατεβάσουν ή να σε αναφέρουν αν επιθυμείς κάτι τέτοιο. Στα διάφορα φόρα κυκλοφορεί και η πιο επίσημη εκδοχή που στέλνεις ένα Takedown Notice σε αυτούς και κυρίως στον πάροχο της σελίδας, πχ αν είναι blog στην google. Μπορεί να φοβηθούν και να την κατεβάσουν. Τώρα αν δεν το κάνουν δεν ξέρω τι παραπάνω μπορείς να κάνεις χωρίς να μπλέκεις σε άλλες ιστορίες.

Το DPReview εχει έναν οδηγό για αυτά τα πράγματα. Αν ο τύπος δεν συμμορφωθεί από μόνος του, στείλει στον πάροχό του. Αυτόν απο τον οποίο αγοράζει τον χώρο για το site. Σύμφωνα με το Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) είναι υποχρεωμένος να το κατεβάσει αυτός.

Μπορω να ανεβασω εκει τα link απο το dA σαν φωτο; Ειναι τρομακτικο να ψαξω να βρω μεσα σε 8 σκληρους που ειναι τα πρωτοτυπα αρχεία...
Εχω καποιες, εδω και 2 χρονια ανεβασμενες εκει. Φωτο απο ταξιδι στη Ρωμη. Πρωτολειες θα τις ελεγα, αλλα μηδενικη αναγνωρισιμοτητα...Αυτος δεν είναι αλλωστε ο λογος που φτιάχνουμε web galleries; Εκτος αυτου, το Flickr ειναι πολυ trendy, ενω εγω οχι...
Μπορω να ανεβασω εκει τα link απο το dA σαν φωτο; Ειναι τρομακτικο να ψαξω να βρω μεσα σε 8 σκληρους που ειναι τα πρωτοτυπα αρχεία...

Το ειχα δει πολλες φορες το εργο απο 2 χρονια πριν,αλλα τωρα μου γυρισε το ματι.
Δεν εχω τελειώσει με ολους ακομα.
Ενα απο τα site μσ ρωτησε ποσα θελω, του απαντησα "ενα link" και το εκανε αμεσα.
Το τσεχικο (
ζητησε συγγνωμη και την κατεβασε, αλλάζοντας την με αλλη.
Το ρουμανικο δεν απάντησε ακομα, οπως και αυτο με τα ...αραβικα.
Με το αλλο που ανεβασα τη στιχομυθια,ειχαμε τσαμπουκαδες...
Τους απειλησα με δικηγορο, και τωρα περιμενουν σε μια εβδομάδα την απάντηση του graphic designer τους,για να μου απαντησουν οριστικά.
Περιμένω............

Μα δεν χρειάζεται να περιμένεις απο τον graphic designer τίποτα. Στον πάροχο θα στείλεις το μεηλ που σου έστειλα, είναι υποχρεωμένος να πάρει ο ίδιος μέτρα να το κατεβάσει αλλιώς είναι υπόλογος και ο ίδιος. Και άσε τον graphic designer να τραβάει τα βυζιά του... Βέβαια αν έχεις και κανέναν φίλο δικηγόρο, αυτούς (δεδομένου οτι βγάζουν λεφτά απο την σελίδα) μπορείς να τους ζητήσεις και μια αποζημίωση της αρεσκείας σου. Τα email που κάνουν την πάπια κράτα τα, είναι αποδεικτικά στοιχεία...

A ) It's on my web gallery at deviantArt, that i linked you.
B) It shows up when you Google my nickname.
C) I got the original RAW file in my computer.
