Norway is getting its 1st HD channel at October 3, this year.

TV Norge HD will be available from the provider Canal Digital, on both cable & satellite (Thor 3 at 0.8°W).

HD content will be available in primetime in the beginning. This fall TV Norge HD will show CSI, Rome, The Closer, Nigel Marven’s Artic Exposure, Big Bang Theory, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles in HD. Norwegian productions will come in 2009.

Οι Νορβηγοί πάντως ήδη είχαν κανάλια όπως EurosportHD, Discovery HD, National Geographic HD, ενώ παρακολούθησαν το Euro και τους ολυμπιακούς σε HD μέσω Canal Digital.
Το γράφω για να μη νομίζουν μερικοί ότι κοντεύουμε να τους περάσουμε...

Νομίζω ότι σύντομα θα βγάλουν και χρονοδιάγραμμα για το πότε θα καταργήσουν τις SD μεταδόσεις...
