Much of our good feelings for those is thanks to their motion quality. Although any Plasma TV currently on the market produces motion that we’d describe as blur-free, Samsung’s 2011 plasma panels demonstrably produced less contouring/posterization when compared to Panasonic’s 2011 models, and also less apparent dithering noise in fast motion areas.
