The UniField Model 2 is a three-way speaker in a “heroically” built cabinet with 75mm thick cabinet walls, constructed of three different materials. Our Triple-Threat cabinet construction offers the most transparent sound ever heard in a speaker system using a conventional cabinet. The three wall materials are: 20mm MDF, 5mm rubber, 20mm stone, 5mm rubber, and 20mm hard felt. The three different “Q” Factors of the three different materials eliminates any cabinet resonance, creating what will soon be considered the “Best Speaker” in its class. In addition, the internal reflections are eliminated by the use of the non-parallel curved sides.
