I have a Canon T3i with a 50mm lens and a 24-70 and this stabilizer is IMPOSSIBLE!
I bought this a few months ago but didn't get around to using it until recently and I am underwhelmed.
I would love to return but its been more than 30-60days.
Wish I could still return it.
Being new to stabilizers, our first impression was that it was well made. The problem is that either the main bearing or the connecting screws on the side are not straight. Balance it in one direction and then turn it 180 degrees and it flops over. That means the user can not change the angle of the camera or the stabilizer is no longer balanced. If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know.
Annoyed.
Just got it and I'm having so much trouble, I have a Canon T3i I've been at it for about 5 hours now and it still won't seem to balance at this point I'm ready to give up. If anyone can help me with the exact specs I would love that email me caylebcoyne21@gmail
Its supposed to support up to 2kg (4.4lbs), but it cant balance my Canon T4i with the 135mm STM lens which is less than 2.5lbs. This one is going back.
DOESN'T WORK!
Too disappointed with this product. It's suppose to act as a gimbal and it's not acting as one. Just another piece of trash metal in my room.
I've had it for 2weeks and still can't balance it. I don't know how long it supposed to take in oder to balance the item but hey as i said I still have a problem balancing the SUTEFOTO. Maybe i should of just bought the glidecam instead.
It just doesn't slide - the only thing it's supposed to do. Just don't buy it.

Got it yesterday, already broke. The thread for the screw that controls the height is stripped.
