Ιt’s made its debut earlier than we expected, but Apple just dropped the mother of all Macs – a pro desktop machine packing a whopping eight processing cores to chew through digital video and graphics like no other.

Putting the Mac-daddy on sale through their online store this afternoon, Apple cheekily state “Consider the bar officially raised.”

We can’t help but agree with them. This processing powerhouse crams in two Quad-Core Intel Xeon “Clovertown” processors, peaking at 3.0GHz.

It’s a dream machine for video editors, with video card options from ATI and Nvidia pumping out eye-popping pictures from the rear.

Υπ' όψιν, το 8-core καλοφορτωμένο μπορεί να φτάσει και τα 16.000$!! Διαλέξτε, Mac Pro ή ... ένα μικρό αυτοκίνητο;:flipout:

1 καλό προενισχυτή (2500)
Τα ενεργά τα ATC (περίπου 3000)
1 καλό πλατώ (άλλες 3000)
1 καλό DAC (πες 2000)
Με τα ρέστα έναν iMac 24" για τράνσπορτ, ηχεία logitech Z-5500, 1 PS3, 1 ρακ, καλώδια, δίσκους!

Πώς με βρίσκεις;

Ωραίος αλλά....
...ξέχασες το σπουδαιότερο.... 2 x (JVC D-iLa & PS3) φούστα-μπλούζα κατά τον στρατηγό μας Μπάμπη! Και σου μένουν και ψιλά για έναν Epson TW-1000 με ένα κορυφαίο HTPC για τις δύσκολες ώρες!

Μα δεν είμαι χομσινεμαδάκιας, τι να το κάνω το προβόλι;

Τις ταινίες θα τις βλέπω στον iMac (έτσι κι αλλιώς ένας είμαι).

Α, ξέχασα! Με τα λεφτά από την πώληση των Dynaudio (θα έχω τα ATC πλέον), θα πάρω κι ένα καλό phono stage!
