Eπισκευή Sony KDL W815

Kαλησπέρα και Καλή Χρονιά σε όλους με υγεία πάνω από ολα!!

Εχουμε μια Sony KDL W-815 50 ιντσών περίπου 8 ετών, η οποία ξαφνικά σταμάτησε να δείχνει εικόνα από ολες τις εισοδους.
Ο ήχος παιζει κανονικά.
Εντολές από το RCU φαινεται να δεχεται (αναβοσβήνει το λευκό LED στην προσοψη οταν πατιέται οποιοδήποτε πλήκτρο)
Το Ethernet δουλευει (εχει activity η πόρτα που ειναι συνδεδεμενη στο access point)
Yπαρχει backlight, δεν ειναι τελειως σκοτεινη

Εκανα ολα τα γιατροσόφια που μπορεσα να βρώ στο internet χωρίς αποτέλεσμα.

Η ερώτηση μου ειναι
α) Υπάρχει κατι αλλο που θα μπορούσα να τσεκάρω ;
β) Μήπως γνωριζει καποιος κανένα σοβαρό τεχνικό σε Βόρεια προάστια (κατά προτιμηση) που να ξέρει από Sony ? Mε την Αστρα Service που ειναι το επισημο service εχω πολύ κακές εμπειρίες στο παρελθόν και θα προτιμούσα να την αποφύγω.

Περισσότερο με ενδιαφέρει να επιβεβαιωσω το πρόβλημα (T-Con board ? ) και αν συμφέρει η επισκευή

Perform a forced Factory data reset

1. Unplug the TV AC power cord from the electrical socket.
2. Simultaneously press and hold down the
   
   Power and volume
   
   Down (-) buttons on the TV (not on the remote), and then (while holding the buttons down) plug the AC power cord back in. Continue to hold the buttons down until the green LED light appears.
   Note: It will take approximately 10-30 seconds for the LED light to turn green.
   
   
   1. POWER button
   2. volume Down (-) button
   3. Rear of TV
3. Release the buttons after the green LED light appears.
   
   
   
   
   Note: If the white LED light doesn't turn green within 30 seconds, start from Step 1 again.
   
   
4. Wait a few minutes for the forced Factory reset process to take place. The TV will reboot (turn on and off) twice.
   Welcome setup screens will appear on the TV twice. Do NOT setup the first Welcome setup screen. The TV will auto Factory data reset within one minute of the first Welcome setup screen.
   • For models released in 2019 or earlier: The Welcome setup screen will appear on the TV twice. Do NOT setup the first Welcome setup screen. The TV will auto Factory data reset within one minute of the first Welcome setup screen.
   • If the TV doesn't turn back ON automatically, press the Power button to turn TV back ON.
5. When the Welcomesetup screen appears, perform the setup.
   • For models released in 2019 or earlier: Perform the setup when the second Welcome setup screen appears.
   • If the Welcome setup screen doesn't appear, unplug the AC power cord and then plug it back in.

If the forced Factory data reset didn't resolve the issue, repeat the procedure again starting from Step 1.

Το HW reset δούλεψε αν και στην περίπτωσή μου δεν αναψε πράσινο LED αλλά εμφανιστηκαν στην οθόνη δύο βελάκια που γύρναγαν κυκλικά υποδηλώνοντας κάποια δραστηριοτητα. Μετά απο ένα λεπτό επανήλθε
Προς το παρόν ολα καλά και βλέπουμε.
