Ok may I ask how can a floppy drive produce music tones. Mine cannot...

It surely doesnt.
That said, every drive whenever is reading the disk, produces a sound with a higher or lower pitch.
Combining 8 of said drivers -and since every one of the has a distinct sound- you are able to play a song.
All you've got to do is to write a program that will control the sequence and duration.
