The car’s voice walks you through the rest - setting a pairing code, adding a new phone, etc.
Toyota Prius — Compatible On-screen instructions take you through the pairing process. Once paired, incoming calls are routed to the car’s speaker and microphone.
BMW ULF — Semi-compatible Pairs with the iPhone and the address book syncs. However, a reader writes: “But when I make a call from the car or the iPhone while paired, the iPhone shows the BMW ULF as the default, and then drops the pairing and the audio is on the iPhone. When I receive a call it rings over the cars speakers, I can answer it with the car’s controls but, it then drops the pairing and the audio is on the phone again. In both instances once I terminate the call, the iPhone repairs with the the bluetooth in the car.”
