τελειώνοντας το Understanding Contemporary Art. John David Ebert MOOC. Art After Metaphysics αν και μερικές φορές ίσως να κουράζει, εχει πολύ καλές επιλογές καλλιτεχνών. Αν κάποιος ενδιαφέρεται για την τέχνη, νομίζω ειναι μια καλή εισαγωγή, ακομα και μόνο το αρχικό βιντεο (παρακάτω) να παρακολουθήσουμε, παίρνουμε μια ιδέα πως δημιουργούν οι νέοι καλλιτέχνες και γιατί ειναι δυσκολότερο να τους ακολουθήσουμε.

και επειδή μου αρεσει παντα να το γυρνάω στο φαγητό....μου αρεσει πιο πολυ το γιουβέτσι απο ζελε ψαριών και μοριακή κουζίνα....

Δεν κάνει καλό στην παιδεία σου, αντιθέτως σε περιορίζει... αλλα ο καθένας πορεύεται όπως νομίζει.
Η contemporary art επιθυμεί να εισαι ενεργός και επικριτικός μαζί της, και να την αμφισβητείς οπως ακριβώς κανουν και οι καλλιτέχνες της.

Η τέχνη ξέφυγε απο την απεικονιστική ζωγραφική (figurative painting), απο τα όρια του καμβά, πήγε στο σώμα του καλλιτέχνη, πλεον εκφράζονται και αφηρημένες εννοιες οπως πχ η αγάπη, χαος, έκσταση κτλ πήγε στον χώρο (installation art) και στην γή (land art) ακόμα και στην ατμόσφαιρα της γής..

Joseph Beuys (German: [ˈjoːzΙ›f ˈbɔʏs]; 12 May 1921 – 23 January 1986) was a German Fluxus, happening, and performance artist as well as a sculptor, installation artist, graphic artist, art theorist, and pedagogue.

His extensive work is grounded in concepts of humanism, social philosophy and anthroposophy; it culminates in his "extended definition of art" and the idea of social sculpture as a gesamtkunstwerk, for which he claimed a creative, participatory role in shaping society and politics. His career was characterized by open public debates on a very wide range of subjects including political, environmental, social and long term cultural trends. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential artists of the second half of the 20th century.

ποιος ειναι ο καλύτερος σκηνοθέτης όλων των εποχών, οι συνήθεις απαντήσεις που θα πάρουμε ειναι:

γιατί ειναι όλοι Δυτικοί;
ειναι ο Picasso, ο van Gogh και ο da Vinci οι καλύτεροι όλων;
κατω απο ποια κριτήρια;
πως κυριαρχουν κάποια ονόματα έναντι κάποιων άλλων εξίσου σημαντικών, που oμως τα γνωρίζουν οι πιο μυημένοι;
στην τέχνη υπάρχουν οι "καλύτεροι";
