Hey guys,
I’m one of the guys of the product team working on the X2 and I got this link from a friend. I was shocked to read the problems and I escalated to the team. We discovered that there is a mistake on one of the production batches and we glued the earcushions to the headphone, which should not be the case. Really sad to hear that the sound is not up to standard, normally we should have a 100% check on the X2 before shipping it out. Clearly we have failed here and we are sorry for that. We asked the quality team to be on top of it and make sure that every product we ship out are 100% OK.
We make sure that our service team will reach out to OP and we will make things right. Sorry for taking so long to reply but due to upcoming holidays it was harder to get all the facts, but we put quality on our highest priority.
