No problem, I am glad to help and I completely understand you, because also we had some hard times with Xtreamer from the very first beginning. For keyboard we are not getting them together with Prodigy - have to buy them separately. For USB WiFi sticks it depends of a model, but you should try it - if it works with some existing model, it should probably work with Prodigy too.

Αν θυμαμαι καλα με το που θα του ερθει tracking # θα το ανακοινωσει ετσι ωστε να μην κοροιδευει κανεναν.
Σε οτι εχει να κανει παντως με προτεραιοτητες , να τονισω καποια πράγματα.
1)Πρωτα η xtreamer στέλνει στους μεμονωμενους πελατες του online shop που παραγγειλαν πρωτοι και οχι στους local dealers
2)To οτι καναμε μια μεγαλη σχετικα παραγγελια, δεν σημαινει οτι αλλοι δεν εκαναν μεγαλυτερες ή χρονικα και λιγο νωριτερα απο εμας.Ειναι λογικο αν αλλοι παραγγειλαν πρωτοι , να παραλαβουν και πρωτοι.
3)Η wifi κεραια νομιζω ειπωθηκε οτι θα παραδωθει απο τον αντιπροσωπο
4)Σε προηγουμενο ποστ περι 18500 και τοκων κλπ , να πω πολυ απλα πως καλο θα είναι πανω στην φουρια μας να μην γράφουμε πραγματα τα οποια δεν ισχυουν και πιθανοτατα προσβαλλουν και κοσμο.Για οποιο λογο και να εχει αργησει η παραγγελια , δεν νομιζω οτι η xtreamer στελνει δωρεαν 100 κομματια και πληρωνεται μετα την παραλαβη τους.Και με τοσα λεφτα πλεον δεν μπορεις να πας ουτε Βραζιλια για νεο ξεκινημα :p

Ολα αυτα τα γράφω απο δικη μου προσωπικη εκτιμηση και κοινη λογικη.Φανταζομαι οτι ο Νικος η ο αντιπροσωπος ξερουν καλυτερα, απλα καποια πραγματα ρε παιδια μην τα τραβαμε πιο πολυ απο οσο πρεπει.

edit:Τωρα ειδα και τα αλλα δυο ποστ του ξενου αντιπροσωπου.Για να ξερουμε λοιπον και τι επιτυγχανουμε , ειμαστε στα 185ε μαζι με wifi που απεχει πολυ απο 199 χωρις wifi και 250+ με wifi+k/b.
Aυτο εχει να κανει σχετικα με τις προσπαθειες του δικου μας αντιπροσωπου οπως και τον κοπο και τις πιεσεις του Νικου (onlinen) προς ολες τις πλευρες.

Dear friend,

Some of the members of this forum got together and ordered about 70 pcs of Prodigy back in September. The units were ordered to the local reseller and because of that massive buy they managed to get a very good price, 185 euros including VAT. The thing is that the local reseller informed us that he can't deliver the units sooner than mid December. We noticed that your company will be able to deliver the preordered units and a second batch much sooner. As you can understand, that rose many questions concerning the reliability of the local reseller and the time he gave the order to Xtreamer. If I may ask, when did you order your batches from Xtreamer so that you can meet the demand of your customers?

PS: I forgot to mention that the order was prepaid to the full from mid September.

Δηλαδή, τα παιδιά της Crystal Audio, που μέχρι και support κάνουν μέσα από το forum, σπαταλούν το χρόνο τους? Και πόσες παραπάνω παραγγελίες να είχε η Σλοβενία στην οποία ο τοπικός αντιπρόσωπος θα φέρει 2 παρτίδες μέχρι το τέλος του μήνα? Σε αυτό που συμφωνώ είναι ότι θα πρέπει να αποφεύγουμε τις κατηγορίες και τους ακραίους χαρακτηρισμούς μέχρι να καταλάβουμε τί ακριβώς έχει συμβεί.
 
Δεν ειναι μονο η Σλοβενια Ευρώπη , και σιγουρα δεν θα μπορουσα να βασιστω σε λεγομενα τριτων για το ποτε θα παραλαβουμε εμεις.
Ο αντιπροσωπος παντως δεν εχει δειξει σημαδια κοροιδιας ουτε σε αυτο το pb , ουτε και στα προηγουμενα.
Τι νας σας πω ρε παιδια, λιγη ψυχραιμια παραπανω.
Η συγκριση με την CA ειναι νομιζω ατοπη.Αλλο power buy και αλλο after sales support.Aλλο αντιπροσωπος και αλλο κατασκευαστης.
 
@spyrakos: Thank you for detailed explanation. Now I can completely understand what is all about. We have started to collect preorders on 1st of September and realized that we have a lot of interest in this model, so we ordered and reserved some stock right away. Later we realized that there is so much interest, that ordered quantity will not be enough, so we have tried to increase several times to bigger quantity, but unfortunatelly it was not possible to get much more. So we have to wait now too.

As already mentioned before, first shipping came by air, so quantity is limited (every local distributor wants a piece). Your local reseller is probably waiting for first delivery by sea, because costs are much lower, but takes 4-5 weeks that ship arrives (don't know about Greece, I only have data for our market).

I do understand you are disappointed, specially if you have prepaid full amount. From the past experiences with Xtreamer we do not want to collect any money from customers till we are not 100% sure when we are getting the stock. In this case we can have more trust by customers, but we also have to be prepaired to get some orders cancellation. If product is popular like Prodigy is, few cancelled orders should not be a problem.

I do not know who your local reseller is, but I can confirm, that working with Xtreamer as a distributor is sometimes really a hard work. Delayed products, false promises and in the end we are receiving all the negative energy from the final customers. Unfortunatelly we can not do much more than try to understand them and be kind and honest to everybody.
 
Thank you very much for your reply. One last question from me, if you don't mind. How high is the demand in your country? How many units did you have to order so that you can cover your current preorders and any future requests? I just want to satisfy my curiosity :p

Παιδια το λαθος ειναι η αναρτηση των φωτο με τις παλετες .Αυτες ειδαν και κανανε πειρατεια στο καραβι οι σομαλοι.Και δεν δεχονται και δραχμες οι ατιμοι.Ηρεμηστε παιδια ενα μηχανηματακι ειναι καποια στιγμη θα ερθει.

Unfortunatelly I cannot publish this information - sorry :bigcry:. But I can say that demands for Prodigy are a lot higher than any other Xtreamer models before (except very first Xtreamer MK1 that was selling for half price of Prodigy). We will be manage to cover all existing orders received till yesterday. Customers who ordered later will unfortunatelly have to wait for another stock.

For the future group orders you should always contact foreign resellers too - I am sure somebody else would give you good price for order of 70pcs :)

Τhanks a lot for all the info you gave us , but the bold part is not ethical when it is posted @ at foreign (for you) power buy thread ,arranged by another xtreamer reseller of another country.

δηλαδη πως θα του φαινονταν του αντιπροσωπου η της εταιρειας να διοργανωσουμε ενα αναποδο powerbuy και ζητησουμε ολοι μαζι τα χρηματα πισω και αυτα που ακουω οτι προσπαθω για την κεραια και οτι το πληκτρολογιο δεν ειναι καλο κλπ κλπ τα ακουω βερεσε.

Τελικά βλέπω πως αυτά παθαίνεις όταν προπληρώνεις κάτι χωρίς να το δεις και μάλιστα όταν θα το δεις μετά από 2 μήνες δεν θα έχει και μερικά από αυτά που σε έκαναν να το παραγγείλεις. Να δούμε τελικά πότε θα έρθει και πως και με τι?
 
Ξαναλέω. Να κάνουμε μια επιστολή στον αντιπρόσωπο για άμεση διευκρίνηση. Ειναι δυνατόν να μην ξέρουμε ακόμα τι ακριβώς έχει το πακέτο? Αν όντως έχει φύγει με πλοίο η παραγγελία μας, θα ξέρουν τι έστειλαν. Ο καθένας να αναλάβει τις ευθύνες του και ο κάθε ένας αγοραστής να πει αν αποδέχεται το προιον με την όποια του τελική μορφή αλλιώς να επιστραφεί το ποσό του πίσω.
 
@vadergr: I do apologize if my post wasn't appropriate, but I just meant that order of 70pcs is not small and you all (as buyers) should get some honest answers from reseller if things are getting complicated.

There is a chance that your local reseller does not know what they will get in a package, because even we didn't before the package was not shipped for real from the warehouse.
 
No harm done.I just thought that it wouldn't be nice for you either if some one else was saying in your power buy thread that the customers should get offers elsewhere in any future purchase.
Don't get me wrong , this forum has only "supervising" role regarding the prodigy power buy and i think we got a great price (185 VAT included with wifi).The only annoying thing is the xtreamer company itself with it's lack of serious marketing/scheduling and not the greek reseller .
