iTunes 9 comes with many new features and improvements, including:

• iTunes Store has a brand new look, with improved navigation for quick and easy exploration.

Το update περιλαμβάνει:

-Βελτιωμένη απόδοση αναζήτησης ιστορικού
-Βελτίωση σταθερότητας σε 3rd-party plug-ins, στο πεδίο αναζήτησης και στο Yahoo! Mail
 
firmware αναβάθμιση για την iSight camera εντός των led cinema display

Μικρή διόρθωση για κάποια προγράμματα που μπορεί να μην αναγνώριζαν την κάμερα.
 
iPhoto 8.1.1 αναβάθμιση

Η έκδοση αυτή αφορά καλύτερη κ γρηγορότερη αναγνώριση των προσώπων. Επίσης, φτιάχνει κάποια μικρά προβλήματα σε ότι αφορά την υποστήριξη των iPod Touch.
 
Macbook Pro EFI firmware

Αναβαθμίζει το SuperDrive Firmware για να το κάνει πιο ήσυχο. Αφορά κάποια φορητά, όχι όλα.

  • An Inability to turn AirPort on or off in some cases after upgrading from Mac OS X Leopard.
  • An occasional loss of network connection when using Wake on Demand.
  • An Inability to create a computer-to-computer network, or share the Internet connection on some MacBook, MacBook Pro, and Mac mini computers.
