Μια απορία έχω...αν ο θείος Peter βγάλει το Hobbit στα 48fps, σε home formats θα είναι το ίδιο; Αν ναι, τι γίνεται με τις τηλεοράσεις που έχουμε; 48αρι refresh rate δεν θυμάμαι να έχω δει.

θα κυκλοφορήσει και στα 2
οι αιθουσάρχες δεν δείχνει (ακόμα) να έχουν πειστεί να αναβαθμίσουν τον εξοπλισμό τους
και σιγά οι καταναλωτές μην κάνουν το ίδιο

Λύσεις, μπορούν να υπάρξουν (πέρα από την καθιέρωση καινούριων στάνταρ, ώστε να ξαναπουλήσουν τηλεοράσεις-προβολείς-players)...
Για τις 3D κυκλοφορίες, μπορεί να γίνει επιλογή μεταξύ 720p@50/60Hz, με επιτάχυνση κατά 4% της ταχύτητας (αλά PAL) στην πρώτη και κάποιο pulldown στη δεύτερη.
Για τις 2D κυκλοφορίες, υπάρχει και η δυνατότητα για 1080i@50/60Hz, πάλι με επιτάχυνση κατά 4% της ταχύτητας (αλά PAL) στην πρώτη και κάποιο pulldown στη δεύτερη.
Τέλος, όπως είπε και ο MoDis, μπορούν να την κυκλοφορήσουν και σε κουτσουρεμένο 24άρι...

Θα εκαναν τα τεστς τους παντως δεν θα το επελεξαν ετσι στην πλακα. Ποιος ξερει τι τους οδηγησε σε αυτον τον αριθμο καρε...

Eίχε χρησιμοποιηθεί πειραματικά από την ΙΜΑΧ, προ 20ετίας το συγκεκριμένο framerate. Γενικά, επειδή στο επαγγελματικό κινηματογραφικό περιβάλλον, από την σκοπιά της προβολής, όλοι οι συγχρονισμοί έχουν τη βάση τους στο 24, είναι μακράν απλούστερο να κάνεις προσαρμογές σε μία συχνότητα που θα είναι ακέραιο πολλαπλάσιο του...

Μετά από 266 μέρες γυρίσματα τέλος , και η συνέχεια μεταφέρεται στα studio του μοντάζ

Σύμφωνα με το HR αν τα οικονομικά το επιτρέψουν , το Hobbit
πάει για τριλογία , ο PJ είχε κάνει μια δήλωση λίγο καιρό πριν στην
οποία έλεγε ότι θα ήθελε να κάνει και άλλα γυρίσματα.
Αν το σχέδιο ευοδώσει τα γυρίσματα θα γίνουν καλοκαίρι του 2013 για άλλους 2 μήνες.

Και οι δυο οριακα ειναι αλλα οκ αντι να το κανουν κανα 7ωρο λογικο ηταν να πανε σε 2 ταινιες.

In a recent article on this over at Deadline, Jackson explained how he can take a book that’s so short and make it not only two books, but three:“That goes back to JRR Tolkien writing The Hobbit first, for children, and only after did he develop his mythology much more over the 16 or 17 years later whenThe Lord of the Rings came out, which is way more epic and mythic and serious. What people have to realize is we’ve adapted The Hobbit, plus taken this additional 125 pages of notes, that’s what you’d call them. Because Tolkien himself was planning the rewrite The Hobbit after The Lord of the Rings, to make it speak to the story of The Lord of the Rings much more. In the novel, Gandalf disappears for various patches of time. In 1936, when Tolkien was writing that book, he didn’t have a clue what Gandalf was doing. But later on, when he didThe Lord of the Rings and he’d hit on this whole epic story, he was going to go back and revise The Hobbit and he wrote all these notes about how Gandalf disappears and was really investigating the possible return of Sauron, the villain from The Lord of the Rings. Sauron doesn’t appear at all in The Hobbit. Tolkien was retrospectively fitting The Hobbit to embrace that mythology. He never wrote that book, but there are 125 pages of notes published at the back of Return of the King in one of the later editions. It was called The Appendices, and they are essentially his expanded Hobbit notes. So we had the rights to those as well and were allowed to use them.” Said Jackson:
…we haven’t just adapted The Hobbit; we’ve adapted that book plus great chunks of his appendices and woven it all together. The movie explains where Gandalf goes; the book never does. We’ve explained it using Tolkien’s own notes. That helped inform the tone of the movie, because it allowed us to pull in material he wrote in The Lord of the Rings era and incorporate it with The Hobbit. So we kept the charm and the whimsy of the fairy tale quality through the characters. Through the dwarves and Bilbo, who is more of a humorous character. He doesn’t try to be funny but we find him funny and find his predicament more amusing than that of Frodo in The Lord of the Rings. That was more serious. So the whimsy is there, but tonally I wanted to make it as similar to The Lord of the Rings, because I wanted it to be possible for the people, the crazy people in the world who want to watch these films back to back one day…

Την τριχα τριχεια, ή απλως αρμεγμα?
Στο LOTR τα χρησιμοποιησε για να εισαγει τον ερωτα του Aragorn και τις διαφορες σφηνες στα Elves αλλα ακομη και εκει το ανακατεμα του το εκανε(καλως κακως ειναι διαφορετικη συζητηση).
Το να προσπαθησει να ενταξει ολοκληρη ταινια και να την συνδεσει, μεσα στο Hobbit μονο απο τις σημειωσεις ειναι κριμα και αδικο για το ιδιο το βιβλιο.
Με κατι τετοια ειναι, που εχει φαει πορτα απο το Tolkien Estate και δεν μπορει να τους πεισει να παρει τα δικαιωματα για το Silmarillion.
Λογω των παραπανω θεωρουν οτι εχει προδωσει το πνευμα του Tolkien και του εχουν ριξει μαυρο.

This policy, however, has not protected the family from the reality that the work now belongs to a gigantic audience, culturally far removed from the writer who conceived it. Invited to meet Peter Jackson, the Tolkien family preferred not to. Why? "They eviscerated the book by making it an action movie for young people 15 to 25," Christopher says regretfully. "And it seems that The Hobbit will be the same kind of film."
The divorce is systematically reactivated by the movies. "Tolkien has become a monster, devoured by his own popularity and absorbed by the absurdity of our time," Christopher Tolkien observes sadly. "The chasm between the beauty and seriousness of the work, and what it has become, has gone too far for me. Such commercialisation has reduced the esthetic and philosophical impact of this creation to nothing. There is only one solution for me: turning my head away."
