I used test patterns to set mine up as follows:
Picture mode: Movie
Backlight:11
Contrast: 80
Brightness: 47
Sharpness: 15
Colour: 50
I like standard for most of what i watch.
Backlight: 12
Contrast: 90
Brightness: 45
Sharpness: 30
Colour: 50
Colour tone: Warm1
Dynamic contrast and black level to low and dark, all filters off and motion to Off for bluray/dvd.
