[Επίσημο] iPhone Xs | Xs Max

Κι εδώ που υπάρχουν υποτίθεται, το τηλέφωνο με κανονική SIM ήρθε (εδώ οι SIM συμπεριλαμβάνονται στο πακέτο). Κρίμα και χαιρόμουν ότι θα'ρθω Ελλάδα και θα μπορώ να έχω και τις δυο πάνω.

Δεν ξερω τιποτα απο τεχνικα, αλλα εδω στη Σλοβακια δεν εχει ερθει ακομα ουτε το apple pay και κυριως ουτε το home pod.
Για αυτο το τελευταιο, υπαλληλος στο εξουσιοδοτημενο καταστημα απλ, ειπε οτι υπαρχουν ασυμβατοτητες με τα δικτυα κινητης... δεν καταλαβα τι εννοουσε και ποιο μπορει να ειναι το προβλημα που δεν επιτρεπει τη διαθεση των ηχειων...
Αρα, για διπλη sim και LTE watch... ζησε Μαη μου το βλεπω...

Apple Pay δεν έχει έρθει ούτε καν στη Γερμανία. Αυτό γιατί απαιτεί συμφωνία με τράπεζες. HomePod έχει έρθει στις μεγάλες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες.
Το e-sim όμως είναι ευκολο να υλοποιηθεί και δεν πιστεύω να αργήσει.

What’s this about a ‛soft filter’ on my selfies?
It doesn’t exist. I don’t want to say that some people make up controversies to get Youtube impressions, but you do have to take things on the internet with a grain of salt.
People feel the iPhone XS ‛smoothens’ things for two reasons:
Better and more aggressive noise reduction due to merged exposures, and
Merged exposures reducing sharpness by eliminating sharp light/dark contrasts where light hits parts of the skin
For the latter, it’s important to understand how our brains perceive sharpness, and how artists make things look sharper.
It doesn’t work like those comical CSI shows where detectives yell ‛enhance’ at a screen. You can’t add detail that’s already been lost. But you can fool your brain by adding small contrasty areas.
Enhance! Okay, maybe that’s a bit too enhanced.
Put simply, a dark or light outline adjacent to a contrasting light or a dark shape. That local contrast is what makes things look sharp.
To enhance sharpness, simply make the light area a bit lighter near the edge, and the dark area a bit darker near the edge. That’s sharpness.
The iPhone XS merges exposures and reduces the brightness of the bright areas and reduces the darkness of the shadows. The detail remains, but we can perceive it as less sharp because it lost local contrast. In the photo above, the skin looks smoother simply because the light isn’t as harsh.
Observant people noticed it isn’t just skin that’s affected. Coarse textures and particularly anything in the dark— from cats to wood grain— get a smoother look. This is noise reduction at work. iPhone XS has more aggressive noise reduction than previous iPhones.

Αυτό που είδα εγώ πάντως στο youtube, όπως και να το βαφτίσει η Apple (ή οι "ευαγγελιστές" της), δεν είναι νορμάλ. Είναι fake. Όπως και να το λένε. It's not a feature που λέμε.

Καλά ρε σεις το beautification για χαβαλέ το λέγαμε, όχι για καλό.
Πάντως προσωπικά συνεχίζει να μη με απασχολεί, η μπροστινή κάμερα δουλεύει μόνο για FaceTime/Skype κλπ.
Τώρα αν είσαι καμία Insta-hottie, που ποστεριες την ίδια φάρσα σελφι καθε 5 λεπτά, μάλλον πάλι δε θα σε ενοχλεί γιατί θα σου κάνει και τσάμπα ρετούς τα μπιμπίκια.

Θα έλεγα ότι κάτι τόσο απλό είναι μη θέμα, αλλά γιατί απαντάνε προς υπεράσπιση της εταιρείας, πως το soft contrast δεν είναι beautification? Και γιατί δεν το βάζουν να απενεργοποιείται, όιπως όλες οι εταιρείες;
Κάτι τέτοια politics είναι τα "χαζά" της εταιρείες, μαζί με τις παράλογες τιμές...

Γιατί δεν είναι beautification filter αλλά side effect του noise reduction σε συνδιασμο με το HDR , αυτό εξηγεί το άρθρο. Καλό θα ήταν όμως να το κάνουν λιγότερο aggressive σε επόμενο update.

Πάντως να πω και κάτι "κακό", δε με έχει συγκλονίσει κιόλας η μπαταρία του Μax. Φυσικά τη βγάζει τη μέρα, συνήθως με καβάτζα 20-30%, αλλά κάπως έτσι ήταν και το Χ.
Περιμένω βέβαια να περάσω σε κανονικές συνθήκες ώστε να μπορώ να συγκρίνω με πριν, γιατί τώρα είναι τόσο απόλαυση η μεγάλη οθόνη που ο σπιούνος του iOS γράφει 5h average daily screen time (μεγάλο κομμάτι των οποίων είναι και 3D παιχνίδια, και σίγουρα κάνα 2ωρο facetime - είναι η καλή μου μακριά, τι να κάνω ο έρμος). :drool1:
