Ωραία αλλά αυτό που δεν έχω δει ακόμα είναι κάποιο μέσο που να αντιγράφεις SD cards απευθείας, χωρίς παρεμβολή άλλης συσκευής. Ίσως υπάρχει και μου διαφεύγει?

Υπάρχουν χρόνια τώρα τέτοιες συσκευές.
Π.χ. Gnarbox.
 
Μόνο για αντίγραφα ασφαλείας, αλλά αυτό γίνεται και με ένα κινητό ή ταμπλετ + έναν μικρό σε μέγεθος ssd. Έλεγα μήπως υπάρχει κάτι απλό και οικονομικό, αλλά με λίγο ψάξιμο είδα ότι δεν παίζει - μόνο ιδιοκατατασκευή με rapsebery Pi.
 
Να αναφέρω εδώ, μια και μιλάμε για την ProGrade, την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση της οποίας έτυχα τις προηγουμενες ημέρες.

Πριν ενα 15ήμερο, η μία από τις δύο Prograde CFExpress Type B 325 GB Cobalt που χρησιμοποιώ στις Z9 μου, εντελώς ξαφνικά παρέδωσε πνεύμα. Κατά τη διάρκεια αγώνων στη Ρόδο, την εβγαλα απο τη μηχανή, την εβαλα στο - επίσης Prograde - reader, την άδειασα, και όταν την ξαναεβαλα στη μηχανή ήταν "νεκρή" (Cannot access this card. Insert another card). Το ίδιο και στη δεύτερη Ζ9, ενώ και το reader δεν την "έβλεπε" πλέον.
Όταν γύρισα Αθήνα, εψαξα να βρω την απόδειξη αγοράς, όπου διαπίστωσα ότι η τριετία της εγγύησης είχε παρέλθει κατά ένα μήνα (αγορά Φεβρουαριο 22, από το γερμανικό amazon store της prograde).

Παρ' όλα αυτα τους έστειλα ένα email (απευθειας στην Prograde), εξηγώντας την κατάσταση. Η απάντηση ήρθε την ίδια ημέρα (!) ζητώντάς μου λακωνικά την απόδειξη αγοράς, μια φωτο της κάρτας με το serial number και επιθυμητη διεύθυνση αποστολής.
Η νέα κάρτα έφυγε από ΗΠΑ (!) πριν μια εβδομάδα και σήμερα την παρέλαβα με DHL Express, εννοείται χωρίς απολύτως καμία χρέωση.

Εταιρεια που ενω φτιαχνει παπαδες σε hardware αποθηκευσης την φοβασαι ακριβως γιατι ειναι απο την αλλη πλευρα του ατλαντικου και δεν ξερεις τι σου ξημερωνει.

Πολυ ωραια λοιπον η εμπειρια σου. με αποσυμπιεσες σε αυτην μου την φοβια μαζι τους.
