Also service, support, spare parts and other issues have to be organized and cause overhead work and costs which have to be limited as much as possible in order to keep our products competitive not only on quality and features but also price. In general and any case we strictly and strongly recommend to our customer to only buy products within their territory or country of citizenship and from/via their authorized onkyo distributor/dealer.The only chance to claim and receive warranty service is to bring the unit back to the dealer where you have bought it!
