Λοιπόν, δεν έχει κρέμες και τέτοια ..το μυστικό είναι: πλύσιμο προσώπου πρωί βράδυ με παγωμένο νερό ... παγωμένο meaning κανονικά, κανατάρα νερό με παγάκια ... είναι πολύ ανανεωτική η όλη αίσθηση ... βασικό πάντως να μην ανεβοκατεβαίνεις κιλά, αλλά να είσαι πάντοτε στο συν /πλην ένα, άντε το πολύ δύο κιλά ...

πω, πω έχω ρέντα τελευταία ... να' χαμε και κανένα φράγκο ...
