Your parcel was sent with Royal Mail Postal system, unfortunately there is no tracking information available for this parcel.
Royal Mail advised I have to wait till 5 more days before the parcel can be officially be declared lost.
Please accept my apologies for this delay, we sent it out with Express mail to you and expected it would be with you by now.
If you have net yet received the order by Friday I will send out a new order to you.
I understand that this is an inconvenience and I can only apologise for the postal delay that is outside of our control.
Please could you kindly let me know if you do receive the parcel in the meantime.
