Ενδιαφερουσα η προσπαθεια με το δευτερο μοντελο της κινεζικης Z cam την Ε2.

Ισως αν μεινουν εστιασμενοι στο κινηματογραφικο κομματι να πετυχουν πολυ ανταγωνιστικα αποτελεσματα στο μελλον. Οχι οτι η Ε2 υπολειπεται σε κατι αλλα οταν ενταξει και raw στα μοντελα της θα αρχισει πλεον να απειλει τους κλασικους ανταγωνιστες της.

Δηλαδή ζητά σχεδόν διπλά απο τη Πόκετ 4K και δίνει αρχείο h265 το πολύ.
Να ήταν η Arri το καταλαβαίνω, αλλά δεν είναι..
Απλά είναι μινιατούρα και έχει καλά framerates 4K.

Στα λεφτα της BMPCC4K δεν υπαρχει τιποτα ανταγωνιστικο πλεον.

Ακομα και στα διπλα λεφτα να ηταν.

Αν το BM raw ειναι ανταξιο των προσδοκιων θα κλεισει πολλα σπιτια ή θα ανοιξει πολλα αλλα οπως αυτη η μικρη εταιρεια που κανει αξιολογες προσπαθειες.

Για αυτο εγραψα οτι αναμενω με ιδιαιτερο ενδιαφερον τα επομενα μοντελα της. Δεν μπορει να εβγαζαν με την δευτερη τους καμερα τοσο καλη προσπαθεια. Ομως καλα πανε για αρχη.

The new Z CAM E2C is a cost down product variant of the super powerful Z CAM E2. It’s set to start shipping out within the next few days already.

Aπό ότι έχω δει σε δείγματα στο διαδίκτυο, η εικόνα της "καλής" Ε2 δεν διαφέρει εκείνης ενός μέτριου κινητού. Φαντάζομαι σε αυτή.

Δεν ξέρω τι θα γίνει βέβαια αν γράφει Raw.

Eνδιαφέρουσα συνένετυξη, με παρουσίαση του νεου μοντέλου Ζ Cam S6, Super 35 sensor, 6K/60p όπως και μελλοντικά FF 6Κ&8Κ σώματα.
αλλά και ανακοίνωση υλοποίησης νεου φορματ συμπιεσμένου Raw σε ένα μήνα...
The E2 S6 (Super-35 6K camera with a choice of MFT, EF or PL mounts) and two full frame models, with 6K and 8K sensors. (E2 F6 and E2 F8 with a choice of EF and PL mounts).

Other than the sensor upgrade, all the features are the same as can be found in the original Z CAM E2, including the same 10bit ProRes recording to CFast cards. Z CAM only published the spec sheet for the 6k S-35 version that you can check out below. On the recording format front, the company will support internal RAW recording via a firmware update soon. More details will be revealed at the end of April.
  • E2-F8 FF: $5995 available in PL or EF mounts.
  • E2-F6 FF: $4995 available in PL or EF mounts.
  • E2-S6 S35: $3995 available in PL, EF and M4/3 mounts.

Νέο firmware v0.88 για την Z cam E2 με κύριο χαρακτηριστικό την εγγραφή εσωτερικά RAW και τις παρακάτω βελτιώσεις:

Features added:
  • ZRAW (partial debayer), supports up to 4096Γ—2160@30fps initially
  • Monitor preview LUT, x33 cube format
  • Pre-rolling
  • Still image capture (JPEG only)
  • VFR fine control, 1 frame per step
  • Native ISO toggle control

Improvements:
  • Card formatting compatibility
  • AWB always use white priority in Z-Log2
  • Performance optimisation

  • Time Code sync to external device

Remarks:
    • ZRAW VideoSuite is required to convert ZRAW
