καλησπερα, εβαλα σημερα την 0.4.2.2 και ενω εχω ενεργοποιησει στο
S00custom-options την εντολη config_tool -c USB_POWER_OFF=1,(οπως ειχα κανει και στην 0.4.2.0)τωρα οταν κλεινω το wd δεν κλεινει ο σκληρος που εχω συνδεδεμενο(αναβοσβηνει το λαμπακι του).
εχει προστεθει κατι ακομη που πρεπει να (απ)ενεργοποιησω;

Μου φαίνεται πρέπει να το πω άπειρες φορές.
Μάθετε να διαβάζεται προσεκτικά τις οδηγίες.
Αν μπεις μεσα στο αρχειο "S00custom-options" θα δεις λίγο ποιο πάνω από το σημείο που έχει την επιλογή που λες για την usb power off

Ορισμένεs ταινίεs που δεν παίζουν στον player,παίζουν τώρα με το τελευταίο firmware τηs WD.
Σωστά;
Πάμε παρακάτω.
Γι'αυτούs όμωs που δεν μπορούν να βάλουν αυτό το firmware γιατί έχουν movie sheets πώs μπορούν να δουν αυτέs τιs ταινίεs;
Λύση:
1.κάνουν remix την ταινία με το audio και video χωρίs συμπίεση με την έκδοση mkvtoolnix 4.0.0;
2.κάνουν remix την ταινία με το audio και video χωρίs συμπίεση με την τελευταία έκδοση mkvtoolnix;

Ποιά είναι πιό σταθερή έκδοση,μέχρι να βγεί λογικά το τελευταίο firmware του b-rad,οπότε λογικά πλέον δεν θα χρειαστεί να ξαναασχοληθούμε;

Αν θέλετε να έχετε προβλήματα με πολλά αρχεία ταινίες τότε τα περνάτε με νεότερη έκδοση.

Τώρα σιγουρεύτηκα ότι είτε ΔΕΝ διαβάζεις καν αυτά που σου απαντάω είτε τα διαβάζεις και δεν λες να τα καταλάβεις παρόλο που είναι πολύ απλά.

Το εχω πει ΑΠΕΙΡΕΣ φόρες μεχρι τώρα αλλά άντε να το πω άλλη μια με πολύ απλά λόγια.

Αν θέλετε να παιζετε τις ταινίες σας σε οποιοδηποτε fw τότε περνάτε τα αρχεία ταινιών σας που δεν παιζει ή τα παιζει με προβλήματα το wdtvlive με το mkvtoolnix 4.0.0

Αν θέλετε να έχετε προβλήματα με πολλά αρχεία ταινίες τότε τα περνάτε με νεότερη έκδοση.

Όχι απολύτως το αντίθετο από αυτό που λες.

Ρε αυτο καταλαβες απο αυτο που σου εξηγησα ποιο πανω???

Μα καλά εσείς θα με τρελάνετε. Ρε μήπως δεν ξέρω να γράφω? Γιατί και στους δυο τα εξήγησα πολύ απλά αλλά και οι δυο δεν καταλάβατε χρηστό οπότε τι στο διάολο???

Αν διαβάσεις το ίδιο αρχείο στην αρχή σου εξηγεί ότι όσα δεν έχουν τη δίεση μπροστά του δηλώνεις να τα φορτώνει και όσα έχουν τη δίεση μπροστά είναι σαν να μην υπάρχουν καν κοινώς δεν τα φορτώνει.

Για δοκίμασε να βάλεις στο φλασακι σου το δικό μου "S00custom-options" αρχείο και έχοντας το πάνω στο μηχάνημα βγάλε από τη πρίζα το wd tv live και ξανά βάλε το.

Να πω δυο πράγματα από τις πρώτες μου εντυπώσεις...

Μέσα σε 10 λεπτά είδα ταινία, είδα το netbook μου, είδα ταινία από το netbook μου. Να μην το ματιάσω αλλά όλα δούλεψαν με τη μία. Ένα επίσης "¨περίεργο" είναι ότι πατώντας το shut down κλείνει και ο σκληρός, κλείνουν όλα. Δεν φαίνεται να είναι σε stand by... Εικόνα καμπάνα, έπαιξε τα *.mts αρχεία της βιντεοκάμερας Panasonic HD (αν και λίγο δυσκολεύτηκε). Γενικά όλα super. Μόνο ίσως default ότι σε μία ταινία που έβαλα έπαιζε κινέζικα τους ελληνικούς υπότιτλους. Δεν το έψαξα γιατί προς το παρόν κοιτάω να δω γενικά τι γίνεται.

Να ενημερώσω ότι το παρήγγειλα χθες από τη msystems μαζί με έναν USB Adapter της LEVEL ONE WUA 0614 και δούλεψε αμέσως...

Το "πρόβλημα" είναι ότι δουλεύει τόσο καλά που φοβάμαι να βάλω τα b-rad μην το χαλάσω!

Να συμπληρώσω ότι το netbook είναι συνδεδεμένο με ένα ασύρματο router. To WD LIVE συνδέθηκε επίσης ασύρματα με το router και έγινε αμέσως η επικοινωνία χωρίς καλώδια...

Για έναν αρχάριο σε τέτοια προϊόντα μπορώ να πω ότι ήταν εντυπωσιακή εισαγωγή!!

Ξεκίνησε πάλι μετά τις διακοπές τα απανωτά fw.
Μπράβο του.

Τα ελληνικά μενού δουλεύουν και χωρίς φλασακι τώρα?

Δεν ξέρω αν συμβαίνει και σε κανέναν άλλον αλλά με το τελευταίο b-rad fw 0.4.2.8 όταν βάλω ελληνικά στο αρχείο "S00custom-options" μου δείχνει όλο το μενού κινέζικα.
Κοινώς ΔΕΝ αναγνωρίζει καν την ελληνική γραμματοσειρά.
Ορίστε και τι ακριβώς εχω αλλάξει:

Επίσης όταν προσπαθώ να μέσω δικτύου από το pc μου να δω κάποιο δίσκο ή φλασακι που εχω συνδεδεμένο στο wd tv live μου ζητάει κωδικό ενώ πριν με το 1.03.40 original fw δεν μου ζήταγε.

Καμιά λυση για τα δυο αυτά προβλήματα?

Μάλλον το πρόβλημα με το MKV Header Compression πολύ δύσκολα και αν,θα το λύσει ο b-rad.
Αυτό κατάλαβα με τα φτωχά Αγγλικά μου...Παρακαλώ διορθώστε με αν κάνω λάθοs.

He's aware of it as the numerous mentions of this all over the forum have shown, and believe me, if he could fix it, he would have. However the issue is inside binary files from WD over which b-rad has no control.

Some voodoo magic was even attempted, without luck unfortunately.

Μα δεν χρειάζεται καν να ασχοληθεί ο b-rad αφού η ίδια η wd το διόρθωσε στη 1.03.40 beta fw αν βασιστεί σε αυτό το fw και φτιάξει το δικό του είναι μια χαρά.

Και το εκανε ειδη αυτο που λεω.

Edit: Όντως έχουν δίκιο ούτε στην 0.4.2.8 που απ' ότι λέει ο b-rad είναι βασισμένη στην 1.03.40 beta fw δεν διόρθωσε το πρόβλημα με το "MKV Header Compression"

Τελικά,μάλλον θα ήταν καλύτερα να βάλουμε το original firmware,γιατί δεν λέει να κάνειs remix την κάθε ταινία...

Από την άλλη πάλι θα χάσουμε τα movie sheets...Τι να πειs...

Το προβλημα με το mkvmerge ειναι πλεον διπλο (επειδη αυτος που γραφει το προγραμμα ειναι πολυ *μπιπ*), ειχε προβλημα με τον ηχο μονο, τωρα απαιτειται διπλο header compression removal, και σε εικονα και σε ηχο....
Η WD ισχυριζεται λοιπον οτι ελυσε το θεμα με τον ηχο, αλλα τωρα υπαρχει νεο προβλημα με την εικονα (μαυρη μαυριλα αν η ταινια ειναι encoded με τις τελευταιες εκδοσεις του mkvmerge). Αναμενουμε τελικα τη WD να το λυσει...
