Dear all, I want to share my experiences with this company. My order started on the 23rd of July. On August 5th, after I contacted them a day earlier, that the items would be in the UK warehouse in 1 – 2 weeks, due to a random UK customs check, which happens once every 3 months I’ve been told. Since Thursday Aug 7th I have not received any reply, and with the website being down on Saturday till Monday, I decided to ask for a refund through Paypal on Monday. I received an email that day from MDL that I would be refunded 11.17 less than I paid for, but their wording mentioned: Subtotal 1,237.44 Adjustment Fee 1,226.27 Grand Total 11.17 I was really surprised to get an email from them and I immediately asked what happened to the website. No response, and no cash received on Wednesday, so I upgraded my paypal dispute to a paypal claim, which meant paypal would investigate the case. The next day I received the full refund of 1,237.44 back. I also received an email from MDL at the same time stating Subtotal 0 Adjustment Fee 1,225.87 Grand Total 1,225.87 For my Paypal argument I used that MDL doesn’t contact anyone since Thursday and I used their own FB account to prove it. To be honest I would have still waited for my products if MDL would have spoken to their customers through their FB account, like they have done in the past. For the skeptical people I would say “don’t believe a word I say”, but I’m just sharing my experiences with you. Do with it what you like, and don’t wait more than 45 days to start a case with them, because Paypal can’t back you up after that period.
As with all the other bad reviews of the company, THEY ARE ALL TRUE.
Ok, so maybe they do fulfill the odd order but my story is the same as others on here.
Placed the order, paid with PayPal, got the confirmation email saying order would be 7 - 17 working days. Again the order just said processing on their website with no other updates.
I waited and on the 18th working day (not including weekends) i contacted them and was offered a full refund as this should not have taken this long. Was promised that i should receive a notification from Paypal within 24 hours to say refund had been done.
I waited for 72 hours and still had nothing from them. I tried contacting them again, They no longer would answer my emails or answer the phone.
Filed a case with PayPal and escalated it immediately. After a further 3 days of waiting and only after Paypal got involved did i receive my full refund.
They had my money for nearly 5 weeks, so if they are conducting their business like this by doing the same to many others they must make a lot of interest on other peoples money before having to pay it back.
Lets put a stop to these fraudsters and AVOID them completely.

On June 15, 2014, I ordered from mydigitaland.com a Fujifilm X-Pro 1 camera (body only) for 645.31 euros, which were debited immediately from my VISA card. The camera shipped a few days later via DHL UK, then DHL France. After having been scanned in upon its entrance on the premises of the DHL agency in the city of Lyons, where I live, the package was "lost" (registered as such on June 30, 2014) and never delivered to me.
I notified mydigitaland.com (in fact JF Global Trading established in Hong Kong, with a subsidiary in the UK) and they demanded that DHL confirm the loss of the package, which was normal. DHL did whatever they do in such a case, and DHL France even issued me an affidavit of loss (in English) which I duly forwarded to mydigitaland.com, claiming a refund of my money.
mydigitaland.com never reimbursed me and even deleted my account so I can't even log in to see if the status of my order. Obviously, DHL which are a serious company and are insured for such events, have now (2 months later) done everything they do in similar cases. My logical conclusion is that mydigitaland.com have deliberately decided to ignore my multiple email messages and to keep my money, which I consider they have stolen by me, as it has now been amply demonstrated that the package was lost and never delivered to me.
