  • Beautiful built lens
  • Feature rich
  • Very good weather sealing
  • Good up close performance
  • Aperture racking and manual focus work well
  • STM focus motors work quickly
  • Little distortion or vignette
  • Exceptional control of fringing
  • Extremely sharp
  • Amazing contrast
  • Gorgeous bokeh
  • Great flare resistance
  • Some of the roundest “bokeh balls” you’ll find

Cons:​



  • Big and heavy
  • Don’t love the control ring integration
  • Video AF can be a little rough
  • Some strong focus breathing
  • Lens hood doesn’t feel premium

Nikkor Z 35mm F1.2 S Review | Big Size, Big Price, Massive Performance​

Strengths:

  • Exceptional image sharpness and detail, even at F1.2
  • Beautiful, smooth bokeh and pleasing background blur
  • Excellent flare and ghosting resistance with advanced coatings
  • Robust build quality with weather sealing for outdoor use
Weaknesses:

  • Very large, heavy, and less portable for prolonged use
  • Limited feature set and somewhat awkward control placement
  • Higher price point that may not appeal to all photographers
  • Autofocus not as fast or precise as some rivals for fast action

  • Low distortion
  • Exceptional control of fringing
  • Extremely sharp
  • Amazing contrast
  • Gorgeous bokeh

  • Nice three dimensional rendering

Cons:​



  • Big and heavy
  • Don’t love the control ring integration
  • The AF | MF switch’s position is not convenient when mounted on my Z8
  • Video AF can be a little rough
  • Some strong focus breathing
  • Lens hood doesn’t feel premium
 
Δείχνει εξαιρετικός.
Πολύ θετικό που έκοψαν το φίλτρο στα 77mm (με το σκιάδιο να ανοίγει) και ότι επιτέλους έβαλαν μοχλό για click-declick για το περιστροφικό διακόπτη.
Κάτι που ίσως δείχνει ότι επιτέλους θα βάλουν σωστό διάφραγμα σε Ζ φακό.
Είναι μεγάλο κενό και η υπάρχουσα λύση είναι τελείως βλακεία κατ' εμέ.

Ωραίο και το internal zoom που είναι πρωτόγνωστο σε 24-70mm f/2.8 αλλά είναι κτηνάρα σε μήκος τελικά. Προσωπικά βλέπω την απουσία "κανονικού" δαχτυλιδιού διαφράγματος ως μειονέκτημα, όχι τόσο για τον συγκεκριμένο φακό καθώς δε θα τον αγόραζα ποτέ, αλλά για το ότι μάλλον δεν υπάρχει πρόθεση να μπει σα χαρακτηριστικό σε μελλοντικούς φακούς είτε νέους, είτε ανανεωμένους δεύτερης γενιάς. Κρίμα...
