We did some test on the web page you provided and we believe this is caused by the Anti-Banner component of Kaspersky. Perhaps some elements of the website are not displayed in a correct manner.
Please open Kaspersky settings -> Protection -> disable the Anti-Banner component and test again if the issue persists.
If the web page opens properly now, please create an exclusion for the Anti-Banner in case you want to keep it enabled as you can read in the following English article:

You can also enable Anti-banner, go to the page which presents the issue, click on the Kaspersky extension at the top right and select to allow it from the Anti-Banner settings.
