Πολυ καλο? Σε σχεση με ποιο? για τα λεφτα του η επειδή λεει αυτος οτι θα ειναι κατηγορίας του χιλιαρικου χωρίς να λεει ποιο του χιλιάρικου θα κοιτάει στα ισια?

Στεναχωριέμαι για τους φιλους που τους στήριξαν και ακομα περιμένουν 5 μηνες μετα και ακουνε οτι ακομα ψαχνουν ποιος contractor θα το κατασκευάσει...

Το Geek Out ήδη στέλνεται στους κατόχους του.

Το Geek Pulse (η desktop έκδοση του Geek Out δλδ) είναι που θα φάει καθυστέρηση και έχει όλα αυτά τα προβλήματα κατασκευής κλπ κλπ...
 
Έστειλαν το πρώτο batch, πολυ περιορισμένος αριθμος. Οι περισσότεροι backers θα το εχουν σε κανα μηνα, δυο+..

Την επομενη εβδομαδα θα στηλουν ενα ερωτηματολογιο για το χρωμα, την διεύθυνση αποστολης και αν καποιος θελει αναβάθμιση της τελευταιας στιγμης. Τα μηχανήματα δεν ειναι καν υπο κατασκευή αυτη την στιγμη.
 
Πολύ καλό σύμφωνα με όσα λένε αυτοί (οι ελάχιστοι) που το άκουσαν.
Κατά τα άλλα συμμερίζομαι απολύτως όσα λες Παναγιώτη.
Και θα υπερθεματίσω μάλιστα,επίθετα όπως awesome όχι απλώς δεν με εντυπωσιάζουν,με υποψιάζουν κιόλας για τον χαρακτήρα του,μου φωνάζουν τονισμένα άκρα ή κάποιο τέτοιο τρικ που στην ευρύτερη αγορά και σε μικρές ηλικίες είναι το επιθυμητό.
Μακάρι να κάνω λάθος πάντως,είναι κρίμα για τόσο κόσμο και πολύ παραπάνω εφ´όσον υπάρχουν και φίλοι εδώ.

Τα Geek Out είναι υπό κατασκευήν, απλά με αρκετά αργούς ρυθμούς. Κατ' εμέ πάντως τα παιδιά πήραν πολύ θάρρος, αντί να βγάλουν πρώτα ένα καλό προϊόν, το geek out, να το κατασκευάσουν, να βρει το δρόμο του και μετά να προχωρήσουν στο επόμενο στάδιο, το desktop Geek Pulse, πέσανε με τα μούτρα. Στο FAQ του Geek Pulse λένε ότι την δεύτερη καμπάνια την κάνανε στο indiegogo γιατί το kickstarter δεν τους άφηνε να κάνουνε δεύτερο crowdfunding πριν ολοκληρωθεί το πρώτο. Τώρα ξέρουμε γιατί.

I've only done an A/B w/ the HRT microStreamer and Dragonfly at this point (and I LOVE the microStreamer - was lucky enough
to get the review scoop on that magic lil' aluminum brick - also dig the Dragonfly, but preferred the microStreamer as I found it more
dynamic - with a more soulful reproduction of the music) - AND:

Compared to the Dragonfly (1st generation) the Geek Out ED has far more dynamic range, weight, and overall gestalt. The Dragonfly has
always impressed me with its resolving capabilities - its finesse, but the Geek Out brings out even more of that magic quality of the music.
It's like upgrading your line-stage and stereo amplifier in a two-channel in-room rig. You get more slam, more detail, and greater dynamic range
and separation.

Compared to the microStreamer - the MS faired better in the resolution dept. NOT better than the Geek Out ED, but better than the Dragonfly IMO.
The microStreamer has a wonderfully engaging quality about it. That doesn't change, nor get lost when comparing it to the Geek Out, but the Geek Out
edges it out in that area. It's closer - but the Geek Out just has more oomph - more headroom and because its clean and detailed it drags me even deeper
into the music. Spinning Radiohead's Kid A was a magnificent experience w/ the Geek Out & Audeze LCD-XC's. It reminded me of hearing the record for the
first time - and that's a glorious memory for me! The microStreamer captured the magic of the recording, but the Geek Out did so as well - and has a more all-
encompassing quality about it. It behaves like a little monster amplifier - powerful and controlled but with plenty of air and dimensionality.

It sounded as I suspected compared to these two: Like the natural progression of things. It's presentation is bigger, deeper, wider and its tonality has more
character.

I lent my Explorer to a buddy so I won't have that for a comparison for awhile
- but I know the Explorer well and I suspect my findings will be similar.
 
Αν μη τι άλλο, είναι κομμάτι ανακουφιστικό για τους υποστηρικτές του εγχειρήματος.

Το dac chip ειναι το TI PCM1795 DAC IC λενε καποιοι

Τελικά θα παίζει DXD ή όχι;
Γιατί είδα μια σχετική γκρίνια από την στιγμή που το το ifi παίζει και τέτοια.
