Thanks a lot for your Advance Acoustic products interest.
Our Greek Advance Acoustic Distributor asked for MAP305DA potentiometers and they will be shipped today, so they inform you as soon as they receive them.
We are very happy to work with the Spectrum Company, a very serious company and we know that everyday they are working very hard to the development of the Advance Acoustic brand and satisfaction of their customers.
So we are very sorry for the inconvenience you met, and be sure that all the Advance Acoustic team ( Greece and France) is doing the maximum to satisfy you as soon as possible.
Your MAP305DA has apparently a faulty potentiometer. So it will be changed now very quickly and after we are sure that you could appreciate the product.
As we are a french brand, our products are first introduced on our market and this permits us to be informed very quickly if one of our products have a problem or not. At this time, it’s a positive situation for us in this matter. Quality of the products and satisfaction of customers are our aim priorities. So we are day after day working on product improvements .
