Η Panasonic PΧ70 είναι best value for money στην κανονική της τιμή. Με γενναία έκπτωση είναι κλοπή και πρέπει να αισθάνεσαι τύψεις![]()
Judging by the stand on that model I'm going to guess that it's the 46" or 52" model? Sharp XD1E. Lol, well, guess what, I used to have one!
I've actually owned numerous 1080p LCD's inc a Sony 40W2000, Sharp 37XD1E and a Samsung 40FQ71. But preferred Plasma PQ over all of them.
Plasma's on the whole (well at least the Panasonic and Pioneer range) have better colour accuracy, depth of field, black levels and contrast, cleaner image, less noise and better SD picture.
LCD's often over saturate colours, have too much edge enhancement, un-realistic colour balance and often suffer from ghosting. Don't get me wrong, LCD's still offer fantastic PQ, especially the Sharp LCD you own (some of the best blacks on the market) but they do not offer the truest picture when compared to Plasma's.
For example, take this link.
http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/
Every one of my LCD's could not display every single individual colour tab, even after a minor calibration. The colours to the right would merge together. On my Plasma however, I can see each individual tab clearly, and the black/contrast ones too.
The only issue with Plasma's is screen burn. But thankfully after some research on the AV forums I realised newer Plasma's did not suffer from the issues nearly as much as previous models. I think 2-3 out of over 50 owners of my new Panasonic 42PX60 Plasma had suffered screen burn. (I still haven't even with hours of gaming).
Then the last thing to consider was price. The 40W200 was ?1500. The Samsung 40FQ71 was ?1200 and the Sharp 37XD1E was ?1100. My Panny Plasma ended up costing me ?850 inc a stand and delivery. You simply cannot beat that. Better PQ, bigger size, and much cheaper too! Sure it might not be 1080p, but from my viewing distance you really cannot tell the difference between 720p/1080i and 1080p, so I thought I'd give it a miss.
Also, one word of advice. Be very weary of the 46" and 52" versions of your screen. Nearly every single one of them suffer from banding! Make sure your set doesn't have any! If you get a plain colour, such as a whole screen of green, or blue etc. Test you don't have lines running through them!
My advice is to use DPT (Dead Pixel Tester)
http://www.dps.uk.com/freeware_DTP.htm
Download it and run it on your PC, but with your PC connected to your LCD TV. Go through the different colours and make sure you don't have any banding. Anyway, hope this all helps.
