Δε λέει bank, όμως μιλάει για credit institution, ότι ορίζει το Article 2 of the law of 5 April 1993.
Αυτό για μένα λέει πολλά.

Εδώ μιλάει για το Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, από όσο το είδα είναι για USA, δεν ξέρω γιατί το έβαλες, δεν είδα στο link κάτι για europe.

Ενδιαφέρον αυτό το κομμάτι, μιλάει ότι στην ευρώπη είναι τράπεζα και ας έχει την ίδια λειτουργία με ΗΠΑ όπου δεν ξέρω τι γίνεται εκεί αλλά εδώ ότι λέει το Article 2
Για το τρίτο λινκ, ένα λινκ που ο καθένας λέει ότι πιστεύει, κάποιοι λένε ότι είναι τράπεζα και οι άλλοι ότι δεν είναι
Φυσικά και μπορούμε να ανατρέχουμε σε όλα τα ανεπίσημα και άκυρα λινκς αντί για το επίσημο.
Και το επίσημο λέει για credit institution και απλά αναφέρω ότι η τράπεζα της Ελλάδος όλες τις τράπεζες τις αναφέρει σαν πιστωτικά ιδρύματα.
Ίσως στο Λουξεμβούργο το πιστωτικό ίδρυμα να σημαίνει κάτι άλλο.
