Dear Samsung Europe
I purchased a Samsung 50H6200 LED LCD TV at (λεπτομέρειες καταστήματος) on (ημερομηνία αγοράς).
Unfortunately, this TV model has not performed as expected, and I strongly believe that is defective and should be replaced under terms of the warranty. The problems with the TV include a List of several Defects.
To be more specific my TV in all default settings both in the grey scale ramp and in the colour steps is failing to show the grey gradiation and the colours from the middle of the scale up to 235 , in result all colours and especially white appears "burned". Even an untrained eye can tell the problem. I would probably say that it's due to faulty panel overdrive or some other hardware problem but it cannot be fixed either from me or from the official service ,
Despite that , according to the representatives of Samsung Greece and the official service my TV is within standards as they told me and i was denied a replacement (even thought it can't be repaired by the technicians as i stated above).
To resolve this problem satisfactorily, I would appreciate a Replacement TV, a Refund, a Credit Towards Another Model, or Another Specific Action. I have included copies of all pertinent documents regarding my purchase of this model, as well as a list of calls and correspondence of customer care from my previous attempts to have this matter resolved.
